6 Elementary Principles – Part 3
Join us for the third teaching in our “6 Elementary Principles” teaching series. In this teaching, we tackle the second pair of principles listed in Hebrews 6 – baptism and the laying on of hands. It is not until we have an understanding of the traditional Jewish concept of “mikvah” that clarity is brought to the important practice of biblical baptism. Along with Scripture, we consult a very special ancient source for further clarification on the subject, the long lost “Didache,” a distillation of Messiah’s teachings thought to be written by none other than the 12 Apostles, themselves. Regarding the laying on of hands, we focus on biblical examples for when this is done, the mysterious power this act holds, and how men properly show respect to women while greeting.

Well, Janet, you will be happy to learn that we have purchased the videography equipment, have hired a professional to teach us how to do this, and will soon be training some volunteers to take charge. It won’t be long now! Thank you for your encouragement in this direction. Shalom, Grant

Amen! Thank you for speaking up about men hugging/touching. As a pastor’s wife, I so appreciate this!
