Our main focus in Nehemiah this week is chapter 6, where we witness the ending of Sanballat’s machinations against the work of God. What finally puts an end to this enemy’s scheming? Linked to this question, we continue learning how we stand up to spiritual enemies. Other topics include characteristics of false prophets, the month of Elul, and applications drawn from the typical structure of ancient walled cities.
