Genesis 12

Join Beth Tikkun as we continue our  Torah Project series. In this lesson, we consider what a towering figure Abraham is in the Bible. We focus on the five instructions God gave Abraham concerning his journey from Ur to Canaan and consider how these are the foundation of our own walk of faith. We then compare Abraham to Nimrod and discover a number of stark contrasts. Then, we finish with a brief analysis of Abraham’s sojourn in Egypt during the famine when Sarah was abducted by the king.
