Studies in Ecclesiastes – Part 4

The last 6 chapters of Ecclesiastes can be summarized by 2 main topics: 1) how to live a slightly less miserable life and 2) do what you can while you can for you will soon grow old and die. After tracing Solomon’s wisdom on these 2 invigorating topics, we once again return to the idea of living the transcendent life- the life of pouring out as Messiah lived- with the help of Romans 12, the concept of sacrifice, and the Hebrew words “tzelem” and “damut.”
